    fine + drivers education
    OT:
    example.. sa singapura ...
illegal parking sa motor kai = 100S$ kada masakpan
average sweldo sa mga singaporean is 1200S$ - 1400S$ per month

drinking and eating sa MRT ug MRT station = 500S$

    say 1000 vs 3000?

i was thinking of the sytem regarding sa dakup2
    and no other
    mag hupo2 gai na sila

murag kanang mag sige transact business sa kadalanan
between mga trafic enforcers and the violators
    traffic enforcers man kaha?
dili man kaha collectors? or tig unsa ba nang manakopay nga trabaho

kung naay mo violate like pataka og urong...
aw sinyasan lang gud to move forward...

Now, would u say we were ready for major changes , lessen jeepneys , hence less stoppage in a No stopping area although how do we allocate these drivers to have jobs , I think that is one main problem since our roads aren't getting any bigger , with more cars, PUJ's etc ...

Another interesting conversation I had was the resistance to change, people don't like to change what they are used to

nga pwerte doula ra man unta kaayo...haha...

w/c is advantageous sa driber, kay makabarato man

    bisan toud dili actual amount
pero at least ma ilaha gyud...
    .................

so that's win-win game between enforcer and dribers/pasengers

    lose-lose <or loslos> sa traffic system

the gov't should handle the transportation. if there is only one transport sector, there would be no competition on jeepney or bus drivers. the "boundary" system should not be used when it comes to their salaries. we need also subway trains for faster transport especially in crowded cities. traffic rules should be strictly implemented to both drivers and pedestrians. jeeps should pick-up/drop passengers at designated areas only. same as commuters who should board in those areas. people should be encouraged to walk instead of making the jeeps stop anywhere. wider sidewalks are also needed. public discipline should be encouraged in regards to traffic rules. violators should be caught, both drivers and pedestrians. they should be detained for a seminar on traffic rules. the option to pay the enforcers on site should not be used. it will only invite to extortion and bribery.

mao ni akong opinion ug akong nahunahunaan.
