@joquiros: hows the 2nd book? (you may not know it but you've "passed" a certain leadership test ive conducted). your "attitude" made you different from the other "coaching" studes. only a "few" of you showed that character.

Business 101 (by smurky): all about setting appointments with your clients/customers
WRONG Way: "When can I see you? When ta magkita?" (you have to be your own boss and be your own "time" manager and not the other way around)
RIGHT Way: "When can I see you - MOnday or Wednesday?" (you dictate the tempo. you're giving your customer an option. and for this example it's only Monday or Wednesday ang imong "free" time when you checked your calendar. that way you dont have to juggle and get mixed up with your appointments.)
here's a "better" one: "When can I see you - MOnday or Wednesday?" (let's assume the client said: "sige, meet ta og MOnday")
then have a follow-up question: "okay Monday then - 10:00am or 2:00pm?" (youre asking this question because you have other appointments that day and 10:00 am lang or 2:00 pm ang imong "available" sched. this way, you're not at the mercy of your client's time)
what if the client really insist on a "specific" day and time when you have other appointment on that certain time?
answer: weigh your options. kinsay mas bug-at nga appointment - si client A or client B? just inform the other you cant make it (ahead of time) to show your professionalism and set a new appointment. always "lead" with common sense!
now go ahead and practice your appointment-setting skills and watch your business grows! it's all about time-management...
