HELP! RE:permits - How to start your biz legally

hi istoryans, help.. want to start my biz na with permits na jud.. any advise how to start.. like the step by step process on how to acquire the permits from barangay permit-mayors permit-dti-bir and so on and so forth.. dont know the exact order..hehehe i know daghan pud ta matabangan ani..

also, i know lahi ang food ug non-food.. please classify lang pud nya..

A. Non-Food Business
B. Food Business

pwede na ka makakuha ug permit ron sa inyong barangay...wala pa kaayo hasul. Pero kon gusto ka sa City hall ok ra dako dako imo mabayaran kon sa City hall, as to the requirements sa food and non-food business....don't worry kay depending sa nature sa business taga-an ka nila ug list of requirements nga kinahanglan i comply, you will be guided ra man upon applying. prepare lng ka money

wrap up lng nako.....you need to go to the:

DTI
City health office
OBO
Fire dep't sa zoning
liquor section sa cty hall kon naay kay baligya nga wine

basta more complicated kon sa city hall adto lng sa inyo barangay kuha ug permit aron dili ka ma 123

if gusto mo ug walay hassle, just hire an accountant to do the work. it might cost a bit though.

kon dako dako imo business hire lng ug book keeper....i suggest sa Tidoso Law office sa may mandaue...affordaboys kaayo ila services

pwede ninyo mapost pud ang number sa mga firms/company/individuals na makatabang nato ani especially sa kato wlay tym..hehehe pero kana affordable..
