btw, guys, have any of you tried mounting the winmo 6.5 roms from modaco? pls give feedback.

The thought of flashing that on the omnia sounds so tempting at this point. I actually flashed my reliable Himalaya with a 6.5 ported ROM and it looks so neat and performance-wise, functionality is great! install na gud ko sa ako mga usual stuff sa Himalaya and at 10MB left yet it is still working good. How much more kaha if sa omnia na nato i suway.

And in the spirit of the lenten season, I have taken it to myself not to flash my phone for the time being.

And besides, the QBUS ROM is pretty awesome in its own merit.

Has anyone tried using Tarills DXIA5 (final) ROM? im currently using it now, but i cant compare it with my previous ROM since i was using DXIA5 Official ROM before i upgraded into tarills custom DXIA5, i havent tried using his previous cooked ROM so i wanna know how does this one differ from his previous ROMs?
and what are the advantages in using this one?

any noticeable diff from taril's previous bro? (HL3).
naa ko nanotice sa hl3... inigbrowse sa internet.. using samsung phonepad.. madisable ang text feature nya.. puro number ang ang mogana..need to change to samsung keyboard (qwerty).
plus ang opera kay 3-tabs nalang from the usual 5 tabs max.

nya using WMWifirouter kay maputol usahay then mawala ang control panel sa wifi.. di na mogana, di na mofunction... didnt notice this sa HG4... had to hard reset to restore..

i don't use opera that much coz i'm using skyfire, but with regard to test getting disabled, i don't have that in IA5. but, i do only have the 3-tab browsing though.

no problems with wifi either.

i really can't give a good comparison coz my first custom rom was with IA2. comparing IA2 with IA5, not much diff with battery, a bit faster and better screen sensitivity.

btw, anybody got the streaming player to work? i typed in a few streaming channels but nothing worked...

bro i have PMd u... nway from HK3 (Official ROM) i updated to DXIA5 (Official ROM) den update to DXIA5 ni taril. nice ni ang kang taril kay dako na ug storage, nya naa sad mga pre installed softwares nga gamit jud ayu. reminder lang, walay Aphalt iya update so back up jud ug ganahan ka ani nga game! nwayi have no bad experiences so far sa kang tarill nga update, so far so good.

has any anyone experience after switching from one SPB skin to another, after nimo mag change, inig mo exit ka sa usa ka program na imo gi sudlan, mo gawas ang "phonepad" nga key pad? has anyone figureot unsaon ni?
