Ako sad, I only check your thread starter post to see if there were any changes in prices of the consoles you're selling. It would be cumbersome for many people to scan through the whole thread just to search for updated prices. Imagine, 21 pages na gud.

with all due respect NEOS there is a saying: "Ignorance of the law excuses no one."
posting prices here and "not have the time" to maintain that information is ok but becomes inexcusable when customers act on that information AND then claim to be oblivious of your own post. hope that advice helps for future problems. many lawsuits have been won on grounds like these.

hi everyone.
Well after reading all the good things about neo, i finally decided to check it out. I usually don't buy a lot of games here. What i usually do is have my parents or siblings send me things from the USA.
Anyway here is the story and someone please tell me if this is right.
I went to neo and bought initial d for the ps3. The retail price was 2500. So i payed with it with a credit card. This was on september 4.
Well the night of the 4th, my brother called me saying that he was bringing a psp here but i didnt have a memory card. So i figured i would just get a mem card at neo (the 8gb).
Anyway i didnt have any time to go there on the 5th so i went today to try exchange the game for the memory card. Upon entering we (me and my gf) talked to the same sales person who sold us the game. He told us that his boss wasnt there. So left and walked around. About 20 minutes later we aame back, his boss wasnt there, but he did call him. Well my gf talked to him because im not very fleuent in cebuano.
Well long story short, he told her that it wasnt in there business to take returns on games unless they were defected. She even told him that we wanted to exchange it for something else (no money back)
Mind you the game is still sealed, with the price tag and i also have both receipts.
Now i can understand if i opened it. But like i said it still sealed.
Now if this is how retail is in the philippines, i think this is a joke.
Fyi i worked in retail for 5 years
So if the owner of neo does read this.
Just know that im upset with the whole proceedure and u just lost a good customer
