i am personally a believer that a customer is always right.. so as the premise of escalating things in its proper order so that every little things can be dealt with. minor issues should be address properly or else it will be big in no time. this is the first time to be honest that i have received a feedback of "horrible service". but then there is first time for everything..
In IT Park the group,we always try to improve our service to be better if not the best. We mean business.
anyways, everything is noted sir issue per issue.

@Poor_Prince23 i reli understand ur concerned. but dealing it professionally somehow, we should have told the person concern.becoz sometimes, the perusal was addressed not meant for you or in other way around, u have done something which is unlikely to them. me too personally im a believer that customer is always right as what cai28 has said.and i know u understand the situation coz ur in company which deals also with customers if im not mistaken.moreover, basin cguro nga nagpadali dali pud ka sa taw unya siya rang usa in which dili gyud mabiyaan ang counter.or basin iyang kauban ni kaon ba ron.db?something like that.i know and u know the pros and cons of it and the proper protocol..the person assigned is liable and responsible for what any things it may be a money for gadgets ang ma lost...
i too also experienced same thing as with urs, but nontheless of course i need to tell the person concerned, ask him/her if he's ok or not.of course kinsa man ang dili mutobag nimo ana..tubagon man gyud ka.sometimes man gud we have to elope the bitterness of one's perspicacity para it will be materialized and reliaze...

and its not only NGKHAI..... If you go to the cellphone threads I believe you can read stores the DUPED people.... and its a good thing so that no more PEOPLE will be DUPED by that store....
yah! i experienced this once... NGENIUS IT PARK... there is no customer service at all... when you walk-in to their store you feel like your alone... i approached their sales lady asking of a couple of computer parts and prices... the lady is keep on asking me what brand my pc is... i told her that my pc is a clone type not branded... she keeps on insisting that i should give her a brand name kay yaha daw search sa ilang database... what the h*ll.... lol!
it brings bad business to them....
