Is there prompting you, I mean a dialog box which prompting you that when in a minute your computer will restart?

If that then might be your computer is infected with a virus.

Otherwise it's a PSU problem. Have you already tried replacing the PSU?

Try to borrow from your friends then observe if still persist.

basin na delete to nimo bro.. recheck ang location or search by filename nalang..

part... malware na imo problem... its either ang malware ga cause ana or ang pg.remove sa malware ang nka cause... try to check if naa ba malware first...(safe mode...then click imo account...then pg appear atong message nga ga indicate nga safe mode ka ayaw i.ok...crtl+alt+del...pggawas sa task manager click file menu then i.run any anti malware nga program(ad-aware ky nindot))

Go to start menu, then Run. In the run box, type this: regsvr32 /i shell32.dll
inform me if it works...
