Unfortunately, the Philippine Army will still make it to the “10 Worst Armies in the World” list unless drastic changes are implemented. This is so in terms mostly on having an ill-equipped armed forces.

From data mined from the Philippines’ Department of Budget and Management,4 the country on average allots 4%-5% of its annual budget for defense. When this data is laid down in a timeline for correlation, despite the increased activity of China in the South China Sea, it appears that government appropriation for the armed forces has remained almost the same in the last 10 years.

Combat readiness, yes, in terms sa experience.. daghan na ug experience ang atong militar. Quality sa exp on combat murag dako2x, technology and adapting sa military warfare against foreign threats, medyo hagbong ta ani, maayu na lng gani naay US mo tabang.
