He is an okay choice for me. He looks mean and ugly, and I hope that the new Bond film will be - meanier and more in your face. Bond shouldn't be a pretty boy like Brosnan and Moore were. Sean Connery defined Bond because he was cold-blooded and sinister.

The problem with the Bond films was that it had a lot of imitators and offspring, some of which even outdid the the more recent Bond films in many ways.

There is of course the Indiana Jones films, which set new standards in production values in action films, the Jack Ryan films which presented the idea of an American James Bond, The Bourne identity films, on TV there's ALIAS. Shit, Austin Powers is more memorable than the Bond films of the last 20 years.

What I'm really dissappointed about is that they turned down Quentin Tarantino's offer to direct Casino Royale. The guy was on every talk show begging the producers to let him in, but they didn't.

Just watch Kill Bill. Then, imagine how great Casino Royale would have been. Idiots.

I think he is cool.

It would have been interesting to see Quentin direct this new Bond Movie.

i watched Daniel Craig in Sylvia...very intense man iyang persona...diba Bond was always defined as suave and cool and oozing with appeal (how else would you explain all the girls)..i wonder if this guy could pull it off?

about the new James Bond, i think he's pretty good.. he looks more badass and slick and lethal.. the other Bonds look like pimps and playboys..
