    Philippine bureaucracy at its finest.

    Been into the hard hit area (Tacloban & Ormoc) to rehabilitate our IT Infrastructure.. Pastilan, luoy pa jud and things aren't normal contrary to what this administration has been saying.

    Madahan nimo na, tons of rice, malata na lang dira kung di ma-processo. Tons of used clothing would probably beh on Ukay2x stores, instead of handing this one out to the victims..

    Loslos lang aning Dinky Soliman. Pahilak-hilak pa on national television when criticized on how she handled the situation. And besides, this is a national tragedy, pero why shouldn't the customs allow these goods be delivered to the appropriate agency and later process whatever papers or fees therein to satisfy whatever mandate that customs had over these goods..

    Usahay makaingon na lang ta, nga kaning mga relief goods from foreign countries, gi-address na lang unta sa mga smugglers (sarcastically laughing...), gawas pa unta ni deretso...

    Dapat sad siguro nato tan-awon if sakto ba ang process sa pag donate kay ang i waive lang sa customs taxes kung atong henumdoman kay kato lang gi course directly to DSWD or any accredited organizations. Pasabot sa waive kay dili mobayad ang mga nag donate pero ang gov't maoy mo shoulder sa tax. Usa pa kung ang budget sa rental or uban pang bayrananan gikan pa sa kaulohan expected nana nga madugay. Ang 100 billion gani nga budget para sa rehabilitation kay 4 billion pa ang na release samot naning pagbayad sa mga customs taxes.

    Naa sad kay point. Daghan gyud ni take advantage aning Yolanda donations kunohay. Not only sa shipment sa goods pati mga fake aid campaigns/solicitations.
