    Di na man ka kinahanglan mag gym aron lang ma hilis imung belly fats, ug magka abs. Pwede ra nimu mabuhat sa balay na..

    - Diet nimu minusi ug kaun ug mga foods nga daghan ug carbs. Di sa dili naka mukaon ug foods nga naay carbs kay need gihapon nimu ang carbs for energy..pero ginagmay lang.

    -Ayw na kaun process foods, minusi ang tam-is ug parat nga pagkaun

    -Kaun ug foods nga more on fiber

    -Ayaw sige kaayu ug lingkod, kung naa ka sa office.. barog2 pud pag may time.

    -Basic exercise..jogging2x. Pag setup 15-20 reps, 3 sets.. before and after ka mag jogging. Syaro!

    Road Biking 3x a week...jogging, and diet, eat fruits and vegetables and small rice - do this religiously in 2-3 months. let us know the results...
