I believe this thread is made with an underlying motive
to gang up on someone basing from some responses
here. Last time I checked, this is a forum to broaden
one's minds on certain topics and NOT to covertly
malign someone with personal attacks.

I am not taking sides here. I am reminding those peeps
what istorya.net is all about. If you believe this will help
you with your personal vendetta against someone then
this defeats the purpose of you joining a forum.

jealousy and insecurity... - these are very difficult to handle, when the person is within the group. It can destroy the moral of the group. It happened to me once under my supervision, the guy is in the highest level of jealousy and insecurity that nobody wants him in any department - difficult to explain but the guy is hard to crack on his own ego.

The key to overcome jealousy and insecurity is acceptance.....

Acceptance in who you are and what you are capable of......

BLX90Six1 (Tennis player I assume.. I use KFactor 6.1 95) .. Ego is a huge thing.. and you made a good point right there. People often hide their insecurities behind a bloated ego. A very deadly combination `cause they end up being stubborn and hardly listens to reason... disrespects authority and what not.
