Here's a list of my own recommendations. I don't know if you can find them in Cebu but it wouldn't hurt to do some searching

    Audio Technica ATH-AD700 $100
One of the best Headphones for the value. It has a really large soundstage for gaming, which means you can hear sound directions better (like finding out where gunshots are coming from, direction of footsteps, etc)

    Koss PortaPro $45
Supra-Aural design and semi-open. Sound Quality is excellent considering the price.

    Superlux HD668B $50
The $50 Headphone that is often recommended for gaming. Semi-open which means the bass is pretty good. It was the 6th highest rated headphone on head-fi

    Samson SR850 $50
One of the best $50 headphones on the market. The sound quality from these headphones could rival ones that costs $200.
This, gamit nako karon for gaming kay Sennheiser HD439. Pawns my Creative Fatal1ty gaming headset. These headphones listed above are available locally btw. If you're resourceful enough.

@TS: I'd say pinaka bang for the buck ang Razer Kraken/Kraken Pro, nndot jud kaau ug tingog. 2.7k ang Kraken, 3.7k ang kraken Pro. Especially ang black, attractive kaau(for me), though I'm using Tiamat 2.2's. Maka recommend ko sa Kraken/Kraken Pro.

Sa mouse, depende sa imong grip style. if dako ka ug kamot, get the DeathAdder 2013 kay nindot iyang grip for palm users.
Mu depende sad sa imong mga games duwaon.
Aside from the DeathAdder, SteelSeries Sensei akong ma recommend if dli kaau ka dako ug kamot.

And for the keyboard, if you like the tactile feel and clickiness of the Cherry MX Blue mechanical switches and kaya nmu ang 6.5k, the BWU 2013 will do.
Or get a Ducky Shine 2, same price ra sa BWU 2013. ang Ducky Shine 2, mas daghan ka options sa LEDs niya and type sa Cherry MX switches.
If ganahan ka ug hilom nga mechanical keyboard, get one with RED switches. I personally prefer the blue ones. lol

If dli kaya ang 6.5k, ang ma recommend nko nga keyboard kay CoolerMaster Storm QuickFire TK , sulit na kaau for 4.5k (if i'm not mistaken), dli lang full sized keyboard. wlay navigation keys and directional keys.

Mas maayo adto ka palit sa mouse nmu sa Cebu Appliance Center kay naay free mousepad if mu purchase ka ug Razer nga mouse.

    Good luck!
P.S. mas maayo jud naa kay ma testingan sa mga klase2 nga mouse, lahi ra jud if sakto ang fit sa imong kamot.

What I would choose on your list:

Headset : Kraken Pro, I hear it sounds really good
Mouse: TT Theron. I have one, I love it! Super bang for the buck mouse.. affordable, and a lot more features than Razer products at it's price point.
Keyboard: None xD (I recommend getting a mechanical keyboard.. makes gaming experience and typing super fun and lami hahaha)

You can check B&S i see a mechanical keyboard for sale lol
