well, UP rules!!!Originally Posted by Mabix
if you'll make a survey right now, people would prefer to choose this institution.. thus, when it comes to employment, companies would rather choose students with a UP logo on their transcript...
OT:

everyone seems to have fun here...
and you could not blame a few of the "newbies"
if they seem too proud of their school...
of course, they're from UP and the prestige is with them---
social stigma as they call it...
i believe no ones bragging here...
and lemme quote,
"its your chosen response on a certain stuff
that somehow affects you"...

I'm planning to send my niece to a comp sci program and just like the thread starter, I'm convinced that cebuanos are intelligent people and are not nonsensical.
well, to state a few... NEC( UP extension), Alliance, NTW, Lexmark, Epson, and other software companies..cheers!!!Originally Posted by Mabix

UP is not a good school for an average person.
I don't recommend this school.Originally Posted by wakarimasen

We are talking about a good school for an average person. Go for CIT, USC-TC, UC and others.. =)
As some have stated....depende ra man sad na sa student if willing pud mo learn!! True, dli gyud i-spoon feed ang tanan nga lessons. As I've experienced, what the university teaches isn't enough for you to compete in the real world. By the time nga mo-work nka, ara na lng ka mka-realize nga there's tons of languages you hoped you could have learned when you were still studying...hehe =)
UP, USJ-R, and USC are the schools nga so far, nice ang training when it comes to Computer Science...
USCTC...
agree ko USCTC.![]()
