I just overheard this from a trainor on the gym that i workout, he said that 20mins of cardio, is not burning fat, you have to go to about 30-40mins in order to burn fat, you have to burn more calories than what you take.

    Ok peps

In order to BURN STORED body fats extremely you have to do cardio on an empty stomach. Best time will be inig mata nimo before ka mag beakfast. 10 to 15 minutes will do, dako na kayo nig na burn.
claims: Scientific studies indicate that fat is burned much faster - up to 300% faster

After weight training cardio. Also very effective.

30 mins should be plenty for your cardio. For that length of time you are going to burn roughly 4 - 500 calories. Remember it should not be flat out, just work at about 70% of you rmax heart rate.

Also interval cardio will also burn more fat than standard cardio
