    aq mn gud gibutang sa huna-huna boss nga kung mo inom ko ani di ko ka agwanta sa side-effects basin unsa mahitabo unya di ko gnhan magbalik-balik sa doctor mn gud kay murag lisud pud kaayo ko.. kailangan mn gud ni follow-up doctor daw once mo take ko ani.. lain mn gud ni ako anxiety kay MUSCLE SPASM ko permi.. sakit-sakit ako mga kaunoran.. tagaan nlng cgro chance ako lawas ui if di jud madala until next month basin ako na tumaron pero sa pagkakaron di lang sa cgro.. ngita nlng ko lain kalingawan or trabaho pra di kaayo ko maguol..

    how about yoga?

    since you're scared to get medication, why not exercise like running or go to a gym and lift weights. kuyog sa mga hardcore diri bro di ba mawagtang na imong anxiety... if not minimize it.

    you can channel your energy to something more productive instead of getting into an argument or a fight nga maka heightened sa imong anxiety.

    then, there's prayer.

    Thanks bro for your greate advice.. yes i do like work-out in Gym kay before when i was 4th yr HS i started to work-out in Gym but i stop after 2 years.. karon wa na jud ko exercise maskin jogging lang mao perti daghan nako gipamati sakit-sakit sa lawas.. mao cgro cause ani noh?plus pun-an pa jud sa anxiety dali kaayo ko makuyawan, gamay lihok ra gani kusog kaayo mo beat ako heart maybe bcoz wala nko exercise that's why mkuya-kuyawan ko.. bitaw gusto jud ko work-out pero selosa man commander ui.. hahahahahaha! thanks sa advice nmo bro.. yes prayer would greatly help for me to dealing this kind of problem!

    Never take any medication, esp one as addictive as Valium, without a prescription and careful, close monitoring by your doctor. With anxiety, try behavioral therapy first. If you need to go on medication, ask your doctor if he/she can put you on Buspar (buspirone) instead. A lot safer (less side effects) than Valium.

    sir ask opinion of another doctor. Valium is too much. Visit Dr.Garcia at Cebu Doc, he's a gastroenterologist. naa siya na resita na way better and safer than Valium.

    ts.... ni agi pd ko ana imo experiences.. based pa lang sa imo 1st post, maka ingon ko naa ka anxiety.. STOP searching the net, maka tabng nmo.. maka add ug anxiety kng makakuha ka info sa net..

    mau ni ako advice..
    1. if youre n doubt sa tambal, ask for 2nd opinion sa doctor
    2. stop searching sa net.. trust only a medical expert like a doc
    3. go with friends.. and enjoy..
    4. exercise.. dako jd ni tabang sa naay anxiety
    5. PRAY..

    hope naka tabang ko.. naa gyapon akng anxiety pero na lessen na unlike before..

    Thanks kaayo sis.. actually naa pa nako ang tambal nga Valium. wa pa nako na take kay mahadlok lagi ko sa effects ui. maybe next week ako iuli ni sa Rose Pharmacy SM.. thanks for your advice sis.. i appreciated ur advice..

    Bro you got me!!! sakto jud ka... how many time my wife and mom ask me to stop searching sa Internet about sa ako mga gipamati even my own Cardio kasab-an gani ko kay pa undangon na daw ko search search sa internet kay mao daw na isa sa mkatrigger nako.. karon adlawa wa na jud ko nagresearch og nagpanday-panday ko sa mga buslot og guba sa balay para pasingot gamay then after that wa man ko gpamate jud sako lawas.. ako nani permentihon.. change life style habit and magcge name laag kay stress permi ka balay ui and hopefully mkabalik nko trabaho by next month.. may god bless my family kay ako ra jud kuwang para mahiluna insakto ako pamilya kay magworry jud sila permi nako..

    nanay ni advice ug yoga. i was thinking of saying the same, practice relaxation technique or exercise jud bro. once mag work out gud ka, kapoy at first but takes few more times to do the same thing and build a habit. once naanad na imong system sa exercise, imong lawas na mismo magpangita ani. i google lang ang benefits of exercising or working out. for one, it releases serotonin, the feel good chemical in the brain that is also present in chocolates. so kung anxious or depressed ka pagkataw, ma lessen na siya kung sige ka ug exercise. motuo jud ko nga exercising does not only give you good healthy body but also a healthy mind. also, pray jud. look around when you are depressed or anxious and realize that you are not the most unfortunate, naa pay daghan. learn not to think of things that can make you anxious. nobody can help you but yourself. kitang tanan naa tay fears but its not healthy when we keep thinking about them esp for things we dont have any control of. hope this helps bro

    ^you're right on the money, sistah!

    find time lang gyud ma busy imong huna-huna, but not with all the bad news on the internet. murag himasa man kaayu nis TS gud with all the threads he's started.

    those news can actually trigger your anxiety and that's when you get paranoid.. musaka nasad imo BP ana TS.. lol!

    as a result, you start b!tching with everyone and that's when you get into a fight or an argument. keep the happy thoughts and throw away the bad.
