    ginagmayay lang ang kaon pirmi gud..di madugay maanad ra inyung tiyan.. kung makakaon mog daghan makasukaon mog maau.. nya dali na kaau mo mabusog..hehehe karon nagpatambok na pud ko kay daghan na ang nakabantay sa akong pagniwang..bati daw tan-awn..hahah

    ako i prefer to look what i want and not look like what others want me to be, karon mas nalingaw nko when people tell me lain na daw kaau ko tan-awon kay dako na kaau - i take it as a compliment since i know im growing! pero depende sa inyo goal s inoyng lawas , the important thing is u get ur goal na di ka makatapak lain tawo..

    -Kung nae saging, palit kog saging every breakfast and lunch.
    -Likay softdrinks, I drink water instead; Likay [powder,bottled and pouch juices, either muinom kug butong w/o gatas or pure gatas.
    -Less to no desserts.
    Workout day (for whole day, night mn ko mag dagan)
    -Half-rice, protein diet (pork or chicken, sometimes mag tuna nlng ko)
    -Saging, pamahaw paniudto.
    -Tubig whole day, no juice whatsoever
    -Milo (hehe murag bata pero ge lang)
    -Padung gabii kaon rakog siomai w/o puso (lan2 kung baga); dayun kaon kog saging,apple or dark chocolate bar before running
    -after running, inum kug tubig and/or fruit juice para puli sa singut
    -mag DIY sandwhich for dinner (cheese, mayo or pure tuna)
    -matog hehere

    Invited sa party:
    -pure sud-ani, no rice para malingaw ka ug guilt free ahaha
    -make sure nga if mag rice ka kai lami lagi ang lechon, aw idagan jud na sunud adlaw para iburn hehe
    -likay beer; go hard hehe pero drink moderately lol

    Kani akoa mugna2 rani basi sa akong nutrition needs versus the world - type of discipline. D ko sure sakto ba pero it worked for me, nigamai mn sad nuon ko hehehehe..

    inum green tea tagakaon.. inum usa ka kutsarang virgin coconut oil kausa tagaadlaw..hahaha

    tanan nakong gipangkaon ako gyud na ipangcheck ang calorie ug sugar content.. basta malapas na gani nag 130 kcal ako kan-on murag magduha2 na kog kaon ana ..kung lami gani kay gamay ra ako kan-on..

    basta malapas ug 10 grams ang sugar content sa pagkaon kay di ko mukaon ana..hehe

    karon kay murag likay2 kog diet kay daghan nag-ingun nga grabe daw akong pagniwang.. nisamot daw kabati akong nawng..bwahahah

    Para sa ako lng mas nindot if fruits and less sa carbohydrates nga pag kaon.. Best pang burn out sa fats for me lng hap kay eat fruits.. kay wala jud nay ma convert into fats ang naa sa dana..

    Hi. I'm a fan of food and I just couldn't compromise eating for a pleasing physical look. But I run everyday, well almost everyday. On my first month it wasn't very obvious but as time went by, na notice najud nako na despite getting 3 normal meals and unlimited useless snacks in between everday, (but of course mudako jud tummy kay bUsog) the next day, even before mag-CR, flaaaaaaat jud kaayo ako tummy.


    You should get into running. Pwede rajud na PAKAPIN ang gym workout. Pang tone ra sa lawas. But running? Mao jud pinaka effective nga pangpa niwang. And not compromising food.

    Just get 30mins a day. Help fasten your metabolism


    Apil namo istoryan runners. Heehe.


    Again, wala na sa pagkaon ang pagpaniwang. You can still eat a lot nga dili ka manambok. Don't punish yourself from not eating lami kay tungod manambok ka. Hahahaha

    Oooops. I think na mislead nako akong reply.
    So you wanna have abs diay. Title raman ko nibase sa akong opinion. Hahaha.

    Kung magpa abs ka, kelangan jud ka mag diet.
    I have a formed abdomen, but wala koy abs. Porma lang akong tiyan. Hahaha.
    Pero wa man koi pili sa pagkaon.
    Dako kog kaon. Pero sge pud kog dagan.

    Naa mga dietary supplements ko na dunggan... ikaw man nakabalo sa imong self kung unsa pwede nimo i-option.. pwede ka mu-try ug supplement na mu control sa imo carbo cravings, naa pud supplement na fat blocker, naa pud kanang mu-promote sa motabolism sa fat, and supplement na tig-utilize sa fat (the fat becomes energy when you excercise)..

    but these may be expensive though...

    Well this is really nice ,you wrote an impressive note it can be very helpful for the people who started their training or jogging that is going to help them a lot.
    Avoid food which contains fats and too much calories,eat light stuff and concentrate on vegetables on boiled or grilled form.
