Actually mau sad na ang akong isa ka problema kay dako kog kaon sa dinner. tsktsk. karun pa ko gi ingnan sa akong doctor na migo na if dinner gae, mas maayu gamay ra daw ako kan.on... Kay ang sayup nako bro kay baliktad man kaayu ko gud... as in baliktad jud. dba dapat kay daghan ako breakfast, igo2x ang lunch, nya gamay sa dinner... akoa kay baliktad jud. hahaha Oh well thanks again ha...

    More proteins, less carbs. When I say less, you can eat it still most especially complex carbs.

    Pakapin lng ko sa ako discipline ha pero naa sad koi question sa akung self.

    Ako means of work out is through running rman (New pa pud ko) to loose weight. Wa kui planu pa body build kai taman raku sturya hahaha maglisud pakug buhat pero aku preference kai lean muscles lang. Di pasad ko kybaw sa technicalities like reps whatsoever hehe.

    ako disiplina sa food since naa ko sa environment nga di malikayan ang bawal, kai en.ani:
    Normal days:
    Sa karinderia (ga board mn ko)
    -I usually just eat one or half rice depende sa sud-an.
    -I eat sud-an nga gkan sa either chicken or porkchop na gi fry lng. meju ngilgig sa uban but as ive said, naa ko sa environment nga wa kui lain choices. Avoid processed food like hotdogs, ham etc. (pero cornbeef ok rko lol ) para protein intake. Likay sad ko sa sugba2 unless ako ang musugba ug dili pirminti.
    -Kung nae saging, palit kog saging every breakfast and lunch.
    -Likay softdrinks, I drink water instead; Likay [powder,bottled and pouch juices, either muinom kug butong w/o gatas or pure gatas.
    -Less to no desserts.
    Workout day (for whole day, night mn ko mag dagan)
    -Half-rice, protein diet (pork or chicken, sometimes mag tuna nlng ko)
    -Saging, pamahaw paniudto.
    -Tubig whole day, no juice whatsoever
    -Milo (hehe murag bata pero ge lang)
    -Padung gabii kaon rakog siomai w/o puso (lan2 kung baga); dayun kaon kog saging,apple or dark chocolate bar before running
    -after running, inum kug tubig and/or fruit juice para puli sa singut
    -mag DIY sandwhich for dinner (cheese, mayo or pure tuna)
    -matog hehere

    Invited sa party:
    -pure sud-ani, no rice para malingaw ka ug guilt free ahaha
    -make sure nga if mag rice ka kai lami lagi ang lechon, aw idagan jud na sunud adlaw para iburn hehe
    -likay beer; go hard hehe pero drink moderately lol

    Kani akoa mugna2 rani basi sa akong nutrition needs versus the world - type of discipline. D ko sure sakto ba pero it worked for me, nigamai mn sad nuon ko hehehehe..

    Drink plenty of grapefruit, it is proven to get rid of fat.

    nakaloose kog 10 lbs within 2.5 months.. ok na cguro na..hehehe

    ako gibuhat kay dagan sa abellana katulo sa usa ka semana..
    half rice pirmi gikan breakfast padung dinner.. di na ko mukaon 4 hrs before ko ma2g.. mas nindot unta 2g no rice gyud pero lisud kaayu wagtangon ang rice,.maympa mamatay kaysa di kakaog rice..haha
    likay2 kog baboy ug manok.., kasagaran isda , itlog , canned tuna (dili corned ug flavored) ra na ug veggies ang sud-an.. sud-an nako sa ako last kaon usa ko ma2g kay veggies..
    strictly no to pagkaon gikan sa mga fast food chains.. likay junk foods..likay softdrinks.. likay beer ..pero di malikayan ang emperador ug C2 ..haha sagdi lang pangasa ra bitaw..
    apple kausa sa usa kaadlaw..saging kung naay baligya sa canteen..
    likay sa mga tam-is nga pagkaon.. tulo ka buwan hapit na kong wa kakaog pan, ice cream, cake , masi etc.. hahai
    inum green tea tagakaon.. inum usa ka kutsarang virgin coconut oil kausa tagaadlaw..hahaha

    tanan nakong gipangkaon ako gyud na ipangcheck ang calorie ug sugar content.. basta malapas na gani nag 130 kcal ako kan-on murag magduha2 na kog kaon ana ..kung lami gani kay gamay ra ako kan-on..

    basta malapas ug 10 grams ang sugar content sa pagkaon kay di ko mukaon ana..hehe

    karon kay murag likay2 kog diet kay daghan nag-ingun nga grabe daw akong pagniwang.. nisamot daw kabati akong nawng..bwahahah

    subscribing . . . ghaopon pjd q nag start ug workout sa body tone. . honestly halos wla jd q khbaw qng unsay name a2ng mga equipment elang gpa gamit naq. . gpa 2 seats q ug tag 15 . . 145lbs q gabie. . after 1 month . . lets see how i lost . .
