Well, as real as it gets.

I just saw this cnn documentary. I think it's being played over and over again. Anyway, what they said and shown were true. I've been to the pasay city jail for our religion class and I just can't quite forget that experience.
My point is it's quite obvious our govt has too much on their hands right now to handle these problems. So, I don't mind that cnn showed this documentary. In fact, if it helps solve the problem then why not? What's important is that we are able to help these prisoners even if we had to show this to the international community. Sometimes man gud pride gets in the way of helping others.
That's just my 2 cents.
though it hurts, it was just objective reporting, same way they report other issues all over the world. coming from a third world country, it is a bitter pill we need to swallow for us to thrive in a foreign land, as everyone else from other less developed countries does. and we have to admit that we're just too onion-skinned when it comes to our rep**ation and think that they're picking on us. but who cares? when you're in these countries, the philippines is just another tiny islands in the pacific and they're not expecting more. the good thing is that most of the time they don't judge you by where you came from, but by what you do there and then. instead of being sour, we can take this situation constructively and strive to improve.

sa sinugdanan sa thread naay link didto - article nga iya gisuwat, i was just making a comment on his writing, needs a little tact, calling homosexuals as fa**ts, kinda rude and tasleless. that's all.
I don't think that was an attack to the homosexual society as a whole, having a relation with an IMPRISONED KID is very sickening. I ask you guys, what do you think that "faggot/homo" deserves to be called?Â* "Bayot pinesti, baboy, maayo ligsan ug pison".Originally Posted by Avila
I think that part of the CNN report hurt the world most. Mapriso man gani ning mga ginikanan diri manapat sa ilang mga anak!
It's never the child's fault, it's always the adult. Sakit kaayo paminawon uy, mgaÂ* bata, giguba na gyud ang ilang kaugmaon. No wonder why Americans for one are shocked to realize that that alarming situation has to be noticed by foreign reporters than our own government there.
Sakit sad para nila magtan-aw nga kita dihang mga Pinoy gasud-ong lang sad. Sakit gyud, pero unsa man say mahimo nato?
nothing to do with the article n'gel. having lived here u know how tasteless that is, most especially from a professional writer (kaha!!). dont get me wrong. i think u misunderstood me. i simply want it to be politically correct, example ha.....saying something like nigger, faggot is simply wrong esp coming from somebody like him, now if it was just a mere comment from a reader or somebody, excusable na siya. nothing to do or againts with homosexuals, i come from a family full of those. professional commentaries and journalism is what i am commenting on.
You just didn't get him.
