I am aware of what you people think of government employees and I cannot change that. But no matter what you people say I am still proud to be a government employee coz my conscience is clear like most government employees that you have so unfairly prejudged. I cannot blame you though for thinking that way. I am not here to provide infos on corruption or whatever, i am just answering the question this thread is asking. But if you do come to our office and receive bad treatment please feel free to pm me and i promise i will try to do something about it. Just make sure that you get the name of the employee concerned. There is a "Mamayan Muna, Di Mamaya Na" drop box in our office where you can drop your complaints. Just fill up the Mamayan Muna forms. It is not us who opens the box but the Civil Service, with representatives from the Ombudsman and other agencies. Atty. Katrina Leagrda is the prime mover behind this Mamayan Muna project for a better service in the government. But if you also receive good treatment please also write it down and drop it in the box. Just bear in mind lang when u come to our office that we are here to serve you pero we are not your servants at your beck and call. Some people man gud pahulaton lang nato ug kadali, magrigor na daun ang utok nga gi-dugay2 kay mangayo ug lagay! Dli baya na ingon ana sa amo office oi. Naa man gud ta process sad gud nga gi-follow. Pero if you think nga gituyo jud mo ug langay2, adto dayon mo sa amo head of office and complain. Naa man mo right nga mo-complain ba. Ang amo head dha dli gyud gusto langayon ang taxpayer. If wala mo kahibaw asa ang head of office ask lang sa guard. Pero ask lang sad ko, why man if sa private companies lagi like sa banks makahulat sad baya ta ug dugay, naa sad baya mga empleyado nga magtabi lang, pero dli lagi mo-complain ang mga tawo. Ngano kaha na no??.... Jesus Christ said "Let him who has not sinned, be the first to throw a stone."... Yeah right... people in the government do believe and fear God! ... Let us work together for the betterment of our country and vote wisely!

Do you have any proof of this accusations or is it just what comes across your mind AEJ? It seems as an OJT of that office and work there for a very short time makes you a judge of the personnel there.

maski asa ta moadto, naa gyud nang kurakot. especially sa mga governement officials kay either sakto ra or kulang ang sweldo. i had experienced this twice.

    1. sa city hall--> i went there para magpanotaryo for my lost id. i made my own letter then ni ingon ang usa nga employee didto nga usbon kuno niya, so nisugot ra ko. after printing 2 copies, nilakaw na ko ang he called me back kay bayad kuno 200 each. nangutana ko for what, ingon niya sa printing kuno. if mangawrta siya, he should've come up with a better alibi..

    2. citom--> a friend of mine introduced me to a citom enforcer. naa sila'y gibaligya nga motor just for P16k. thats very cheap considering the fact nga bago pa kaayo ang motor. i saw the unit myself. nangutana ko kung asa gikan, ingon niya inimbargo daw. mas maayong ibaligya na lang para mapuslan, pangwartahan na lang kuno..

I think it depends if you will tolerate it or not. Ayaw jud hatag even a single piso or something like that when you transact your business with the government employee/s. Otherwise, once maumpisahan na, it won't stop. Better ayaw jud hatag.
