unsa man ang problema ang atong i-put up against globe if this will pursue? poor service? technical problems? im a globe subscriber too and i too have some internet/phone problems sometimes. i try to solve the problem myself first before i bring it up sa globe. and fortunately, most of the time, i could do it myself.
its ok that Globe has a technical problem sometimes but in their case the problem is somehow permanent based on my experience and also they are not seriously attending my technical concerns with regards to their broadband internet technical problems which is intermittent ever since i got connected with them and also the on and off of dial tone.Originally Posted by --Makoy--

ohhh i have dozens of daily logs, 50 times or even 100 times a day disconnects, i think naa sad sa web utility sa Globe site imo connection activity, even the CSR was shocked at my logs lol and this is after the earthquake thingy
