    2. SLAB for 2nd FLOOR EXTENSION- katulad sa model unit yung extemsion but from the division sa sink di ko cyah sinagad for open area, will have beam concrete (or metal?) for SECURITY, AIR VENTILATION, natural light and sampayan purposes.
    3. POLISHED CONCRETE FLOORING FOR THE LAUNDY AREA ( bare n lang cguro yung sa dirty kitchen baka magaacumalte pako ng tubig ulan)
    4. GAS STOVE DECK CONCRETE – for gasul cooking
    5. CABINET BELOR THE SINK AND WALL CABINET

    THE WHOLE SECOND FLOOR

    [IMG][/IMG]

Sa areang to ako lagi magtatagal kaya i want it na medyo maganda, AND I WANT MAXIMUM AIR VENTILATION kaya di cyah sagad sa ceiling (if pwede) that’s why sliding effect yung gusto ko.. (actually sobrang laki na sa kin ng deca house, i used to live sa studio apartment naok n sakin na maluwag na sakin , ako lng kasi cguro magisa dyan di ko nga lam kung bakit napakuha ako, dami kasing kaibigan na kumuha and for negosyo purposes... baka magtinda ako

    1. JAPANASE SLIDING DOOR DIVISION (JUST LIKE SA PIC OPEN LANG YUNG OTHER SIDE) - just to provide privacy and division from bedroom (bed lang talaga and my tv. Cgruo few cabinets) and WORKSPACE na kung may bisita pwedeng may pagkaguest room. Computer, library area talaga yung kabila ill put daybed sofa pull out pag may bwisita. Eheh (yung sa Japanese slider, mga 2cm lang cguro ang kapal ang wag n rin glass, kahit white linen na lang, (nagtitipid?) i have a divider kasi dito magaan cyah bigay n paul yu. (bka pedeng gamitin n lang to?)

    2. WARBRODE CABINET – sa wakas, magkakaroon n cguro ako nito na parang IKEA PAX CABINET YUNG DATING, the compartment kayo na bahala bsta yung kayulad sa pic ill put the bags, shoes, belt, brief, damit..etc (open or close?) baka open n lang.

    3. TV WALL MOUNT RACK – basta yung matatago yun mga kable

    4. VINYL FLOORING- I already have the tiles and DOOR GOING TO THE EXTENSION.

sir TS suggest ko lng po na kng pwede mo.pakiusapan ang contractor mo na isama na sa labor ung wall and ceiling paint kasi hindi naman mahirap pinturahan ang unit nang deca kasi meron nang first coating..
im planning to renovate my unit also in deca but cguro end of may pa ma.turnover ung unit...
regarding nman po sa installation of window, ang supplier na po nang window ang mg.install nyan at libre pa po so hindi na cguro yan dapat kasali sa scope of work nang contractor mo sir...

im kinda not sure po kng meron bang effect ang plywood used as partition kasi sabi nang friend ko mainit dw talaga ang plywood...so maybe po u may consider using gypsum board or cement board as wall partition n ur room sir.

    just my two cents

please update us sir sa progress on ur renovation so that I can get an idea din po..thank you
