You might like to try Bank of Commerce. they offer checking accounts for 2k kaso lang you need to withfor 6 months befure you can use it if you open it for personal usage. But if you have an edorsement letter, for whatever purpose the account will serve, nayg maexpedite

opened one through RCBC, but I have an endorsement letter from a company so I was able to get the elite checking account which needs 2,500 for maintaining balance and you have to pay 225 for the checkbook.

I opened a checking account at Metrobank. 10k ang minimum, 75 pesos lang ang check book.
ID lang man to ang gpangayo and TIN number. mao ra.
