last time i tried yaw yan was more than 2 years ago na.. murag muay thai man jud iyang style, except sa mga terms kay pinoy kaayo.. naa bay grappling ang yawyan?

yes they do now, they are very flexible, plus they are the organizers of the mma fights in cebu.

nope im no yawyan, but im friends with them, specialy the ardigma and musang guys, brave and humble people kana sila.

Although, si GM Fernandez was a former champ sa kickboxing... it doesn't mean nga gikan sa MT training ang iyang nahibaw-an. He could be a sikaran pratitioner - and for all we know it's another filipino martial art.

I used to practice yawyan way back 1980s but I concentrated my studies on Balintawak. Unya ang mode of training namo b4 was to play sepak-takraw. Nothing compared YY from MT before that time... sakit kaayo among training - Si Mr. Dacanay was a strict instructor namo sa una.

empty hands ang tawag man cguro ana bro.. hehe no weapons!! pero naa man to daghan mga weapons ngadto.. if you want to practice weapons.. imoha naman na initiative!! ask lang ka sa trainor what imo ganahan practisan ehehe... I used to practice nun chuck once.. eheh too bad i only got to the 3rd technique he taught me.
