Squat - worked up to 290lbs x 2 x 2, 260lbs x 2 x 3, 235lbs x 2 x 5
Press - worked up to 140lbs x 2 x 3, 125lbs x 2 x 4, 120lbs x 2 x 5
DB rows - 45lbs per hand , 55lbs per hand, 60lbs per hand x 10

kuyawa murag diary dah... kusgana nimo sir, 60lbs man 10x pa jud...

Row raman na sir.. dako kaayo na muscle ang back hehehehe

- 220lbs x 2 x 2, 200lbs x 2 x 3, 180lbs x 2 x 4 was screaming.
Push Press:
- 160lbs x 2 x 4, 145lbs x 2 x 5, 130lbs x 2 x 5
Some pull ups to finish
