    pwede ra kaau...then pag calorie surplus lang pra mag gain ka...

    unsa gani toh ang name sa supplement nga pinakabarato kay more on CARBO cya. Bagay ni cya gani para sa mga beginners nga gagmay nga gusto magpadako. ako na hinumdoman ky naay 6lbs ani nga 1k or 2k+ pa toh. Limot lng jud kos name ug asa toh nga thread nako na basahan sauna. anyone?

    mahal jud magpadako ui...ako kailangan ko makaabot ug 2700-3150 calories to gain weight...im planing to buy serious mass 12lb pero 16 servings ra man...gud 4 16 days rapud...buslot jud ang bulsa ani...unsai inyo ka-advice na much cheaper way to reach 3000+ calories?...kung mag Gold standard whey ko nya 2 ka servings - 48g protein gamay rapud carbs & calories + 2-3pcs chicken breast ug 4slice wheatbread...share mo mga bro sa inyo mga diet plssssssssssss...thanks...

    calories ra gyud imo kontra kung magpadaut ka.
    lessen it and it will guarantee you lose weight.
    naa ra man gud tay colorie requirement per day.
    And kung molapas ta ana everyday, modako gyud ka.
    Your target should be: Your meal for ONE DAY must be lower than your calorie requirement per day.

    Nag lose weight ko before and karon maintainance nlng.

    naa ka nahibaw-an.. actually meal sya na naay balance carbo, protein, fat n fiber.. mga less than 2K..

    hi darkdevil.. naa ko frend na asthmatic tapos ni-take ug supplement for stamina boost, mahal lang, effective daw kaau.. mga 2k+ man cguro to iya ingon...
