I second that wish for Todai. Going to Hong Kong soon and will surely eat dinner there. I've eaten at Todai in Northern California and Hawaii before. I am anxious to see how their menu stacks up with the U.S. Todai. Especially would love it if the following will be available in HK (like in the U.S.): king crab, lobster (claws & other dish inclusions), and cocktail shrimp. Also several green tea flavored desserts (such as: cake w/ red bean, cheesecake, ice cream). I'm sure the sushi and sashimi will be great in HK & probably/maybe fresher than that in U.S.
