a) You haven't met

b) Who doesn't know squat about what really happened

Based sa imo gi ingun, you're car was hit. So, imo na gi presume na ilahang sayup? Correct me if I'm wrong kay mao man gud akong pagsabot.

Anyways, dili ko lawyer pero if ako naa sa imong situation, akong buhaton kay.. **drum roll** makigsturya nila. Mangutana ko nila ngano iya ko gi igu sa iyang helmet nga siya may nakabangga nako. Kay if di man gud nako klarohon, akong konsensiya intawn nga kaluoy sa pamilya (unsaon nalang ang mga anak, musabot pud ta dapat) kay mag sige ug hunt nako.

Pero kung arrogante gani gihapon bisan ug ako nay nakigsturya mao nay gi ingung "daanin nalang natin sa dahas" (wa bitaw ko kasabot unsa na pero isug siya paminawn so mao nang mao na akong pambato kung maglagut ko). Ikiha ko na siya. Walay pangutana. Daghan pajud kaayo nga charges ma file niya kay siya gud nakabangga. Then, gi igu pajud ka sa ulo.. what if nagka complication ka? Wa pa karon, inig ka sunod pa? I think mao rana akong opinion.

actually bro, ur father was right.. though u have to have proof sa assault.. do u have any bruises or anything? because if wlai proof, pwede ra nla ma-deny ang charges.

yes bro, there were witnesses and the police who responded know, I went to the CCMC to prepare medico legal forms.i won't disclose more but I really have second thoughts in filing the case, I'm still in contact with the person he seemed really sorry but I'm not sure how sincere he is.

As for the damages for the Car, I'm still waiting for the quotation of a repair shop.

yup bro, he hit me bro while I was helping his wife, Almost everyone in the scene saw him including his wife. and yes he was the one who made contact based on the police report. I don't know if I should sue, I'm not also sure how I'm going to say to him that he will pay for damages

If critical diay to ang victim nya na hadlok si driver, instead dad-on dayon sa hospital arun ma save pa unta byaan na noon kay mao lagi hadlok si driver.

kabantay jud ko ani hitaboa, kato nay ceres naka igo ug motor na tagak ang motor sa lawm nga canal gi byaan ra jud, wa jud hunongi, didto na ni hunong ang ceres sa pulis station.

kung nagkaserious injuryko tungod sa paghit sa helmet, i'll sue him. otherwise, i'll let it pass or at least let him pay the damages kung naay ikaafford.
