Simply this is not about locking a folder but a trick to novice by changing the icon and the folder to look as locked. But still you can view the files inside it.

You can use another trick by renaming your folder Test to Test.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}. Click it and behold. Just for fun, don't take this seriously.
