unsay software na mo lock ug folder sa windows XP,Vista, etc...

anybody who can suggest me best software that will lock my personal folder in my pc,, wherein it will prompt a password in order for me to view inside the folder files, what i know is folder lock, and locker XP software, wherein it will not be easily uninstalled by others thru control panel without prompting for correct password for the software

ug maau unta bro if na unlock nimo ang folder automatic mo lock sya inig restart sa pc..ako na sulayan na automatic lock sya inig restart kay ang Everstrike Locker Folder XP..pero nawla ako installer ana gud..huhuhuuh
