i agree with the bill and i hope naa sad law mu severely penalize jaywalkers, like imprisonment upto 20 years sad because they also pose a threat to the lives of drivers.... as much as there are reckless drivers in the philippines, there are also as many reckless pedestrians.... penalize both...
