Do you think that sari-sari store is the only place selling illegal drugs in Ermita? siguro na lupigan ang tupad nga tindahan sa sales mau na gi sumbong sa pulis.. if the government and the authorities are really serious about the drug problem.. dakpon na nila na mga dagko dihas Ermita for sure naa ra nas sud and kanang mga pulis diha nag pa dugo ra nas protection commission nila.. unahon ang mga higher officers sa baranagay fron the captain and mga konsehal! halos tanag taw ni puyo dihas dihas Ermita either user or dealer..

The problem is this:

It is very possible to be the drug pusher without using drugs. What if the SK Chairman's drug test is negative and still supplies illegal drugs?
