    if into weight training, ALWAYS focus on compound movements (Squats, Deadlift, Bench pRess, OH,... ), and always incorporate strength training sa inyong program....

    Totally agree with you squelch. You're the MAN!
    Personally, I sandwich Isolation with two compound exercises like for triceps - close grip press+l/r hand overhead press+dip. try it and you'll feel the pump. hehehe!

    >goal ko this year: 200 lbs deadlift , 180+ squats and atleast bench my bodyweight....
    dapat na-a napud ko trabaho so that i can sustain my nutrition and thats what i am lacking now (BUDGET) to get big & strong...

    ^try reading 5/3/1 -jim wendler... next month program ko....

    bro, adto sa happy herbs atbang sa SM, dayun palit ug Ling Zhi.. effective kaayo na nga pang gain ug weight. mao na ako gigamit kay sauna wangkig kaayo ko, karon perte nang bus-oka.
