hahahahah! sakto jud kau ni.
ako krn kay oatmeal for breakfast + water,
lunch kay 1/2 rice + viand
dinner kay oatmel + water
akong cheat days kunohay kay Saturday and Sunday, hehehe
pro if heavy na kagutom, mokaon japon ko ug rice kay dli mada, maglabad pag ayo akong ulo, hehehe
ingon cla saging na saba daw kay good for diet, ako nya ni suwayan na pud.

breakfast 10am: 1 scoop whey, 4 slices of loaf bread, water water water...
lunch 1pm: oatmeal, 4 egg whites, viand, water...
after work out : 2 scoops whey
dinner 7pm: oatmeal, viand
snacks 10pm: 1 apple
ahh... mas lower ang fat content sa skimmed kaysa non-fat. 2g fat ug 10g protein per serving ang fresh milk nako. mahal pud ang whole wheat bread bro. i can only afford 1 big loaf per week. unya daghan mi sa balay so isa ka breakfast ra ng wheat bread. maayo nalang ako ra ang ganahan mukaon sa oatmeal. mura daw ug suka sa iring ingon pa sa akong youngest kid. hehe!

akoang gigamit sa pagpaniwang mao ra jud ang control sa food in take. sa buntag, milk & cereals .. lunch, veggies & small piece of meat or fish. sa dinner, fruits & 3 crackers ra. gutom gutom sad pero it helped me trim down (from 86kls to 72kls), of course with lots of cardio (sa treadmill) & walking sa streets or going up or down sa mga buildings ug weights, pero igo igo ra ug sa sulod ra sa akong room .. maanad ra man ang lawas ba kung less food in take ra .. absolutely, no colas ko & no smoking.. beer, 1 or 2, but not always.
Well, I have been working out for 2 months now.. I used to weigh 170++lbs.. now I am around 138lbs and losing still.
My diet consist of the following 75%/20%/5%.
I drink close to 1 or 2 gallons of water each day.

nindot sad na imu diet bro dah... ako na sulayan... galisod na jud ko rn ug naog sa ako weight... before, 98kg ko nya after 2months naa na ko sa 80kg... pero karon nga cge na ko ug whey nya eat sad ug egg white, naglisod na ko ug naog sa 80kg..
Try to create you own diet put in what you want WE BOTH are not the same try to make a unique diet plan and put in what you like to eat but in moderation there are actually alot of varieties you can put in like you can put in lean meat, tofu and etc... you are now taking whey and I think you are doing strength exercises hence no weight lose. You might be working out and building muscle. Which is good. How long have you had this regimen by the way? If you want you could prolly pm me or something.
