i know this is "purely voluntary" no pero klarohon sad unta sa simbahan.. like the church i mentioned in my 1st post.
2nd collection kuno pra sa leyte unya gisagol ra ug gihuwad sa butanganan sa 1st collection bin.. sakto ba na?
unsa-on man pag account ang collection pra sa leyte?

well, there's this doctor at work na ni ingon kay ang catholic church, after ra sa money og power, maybe its true huh. cuz lately i realize sige lang pangayo kwarta ang simbahan,

The church I went to yesterday did the 2nd collection first- then explained afterwards what it was for. I would prefer they announce that there will be a 2nd collection first & explain what it's for before they start collecting. Isn't that how it's supposed to be ? Cause people might not want to give for the reason it's intended for.
And the reasons for the 2nd collections are not for the usual poor parishes like before. Now it's for some health-related thing for who knows what or where.
