Thanks bai!! mmm well like everything else sugud ra gyd ang lisud. Mura na ug pirmara kung sa auto pa lisud pa kaayo pero basta ma 3rd or 4th gear naka diretso diretso ra dagan. lol ang 1.5 million is a rough estimate like anything else. Pero dili ni siya impossible! and yup patience is very important ani na venture agree ko nimo bai.. it will probably be a couple of years before a return that big kay ma materialize. Pero it is always a possibility and trust me you stuck opportunity along side it. Great things can happen!

Regarding sa market yup wala ta problem ana kay nana man ko target katong sauna namo na client in fact they need more. karon lang kay I have to reconnect nila kay sila man to mama ug papa ila kasabot. also kung kinsa man to makig partner nako then we could plan and discuss all this.

1.5 Million is not impossible only difficult to attain. There are risk involve dili dayon nato makitan ang kwarta ani. But anyone who does not welcome risk is better off not partnering with me! (Poker player = Risk taker "calculated" hehe) pero btw that aside given naman cguro na this is a worthwhile investment im not offering easy money or a get rich quick scheme here.

I would like to think more of my offering as an opportunity rather than the vacant and empty lot in the middle of some place.

yup open kaayo ko ana bai. pero as what I told my friend medyo mag lisud ang pigery ngadto kay naa man house sa area gud. pero ma pangitan man cguro ug way or kung unsa depende ra gyd sa sabot bro. Sauna gi reserve na sa akong papa na lot para sa poultry then wala man me naka kuha ug permit ato sa local na government kay mao lagi etc..

but still I will think about sa piggery! thanks bro sa input really appreciate it!!

I just had this idea last night!

I have a vacant lot of about 1 hectare located somewhere in Uling. A seperate lot from our original Farm and another 3,000 squares unahan unahan gamay also flat. Dili man ko ganahan na ma vacant lang siya nya walay gamit sayang.. I'm planning to plant lemonsito trees sad ngari na area (the original plan was for a poultry bussiness). duul ni siya sa road ug fortunately we have our own water supply which is another bussines (lahi na sad nuun ni na storya) Im sure maka tabang ni ang water supply kung mag tanum ko ug mga limonsito sad ngari dapita.

Unfortunately karon mura mag lisud ko or my family na mo finance for the development ani na mga lot. So if anybody out there willing to help me (God knows I need the help) Let's talk.. Hope we can find a way around sa problem about sa distance. naa man toy nag suggest na what if like 5 ka tao lang mag kurambus ug kwarta to make up the estimated about of 50k at least then mura i share share lang ang style.

This could work pero naa gyd ni disadvantage like ang sharing, etc though I also think na ma planohan raman cguro ni. mag meeting lang kung unsaun etc.

If naay willing na ingani na style then someone make a list and then post ngari then meet ta ninyo. Lets have 5 lang kabuuk. Wala lang gud tanaw ta sa yuta mag sabot then see kung unsa ato mahimo. After raman cguro sa planing ta maka gasto. Then at least katong naa pay duda maka kita sad sila sa yuta. See it for themselves na naanay nursery, water supply. Also wala nay problem sa kung kinsay mag bantay ngadto everyday kay naa naman me gi sweldohan na tao para ana. So either you visit or not naa to siya mag bantay.

regarding sa pm nimo bai.. mmm dugay dugay gyd na siya it will take more or less a year (bana bana) depende sa speed nato na mag plan. Kay dapat deretso deretso. I don't wanna discourage things pero thats how nature works gyd man gud kay samtang seedling pa sila dapat gamun gyd na sila. special gyd ang pag gam. Ang dugay kay ang first harvest ra!! after kay mag pa limpyo naka, medicine etc then almost or probably every month naka mag harvest. Mao na akong target. I don't know kung unsaun pa nato na mga idea para ma passpass thats were I need your inputs kay ni man nako ma think gyd tanan.

So mao to bai probably a year.. Kay from scratch man gud. pero dugay nasad cguro na ang year. bali ako lang gipa tasan para walay maahay. Also coz 1 hectare ang lot. Maybe we could put a small piggery sa kilid or somewhere sa tunga.. sa 1 hectare syaro mang likramo patong mga balay sa isig side. eheh bitaw this is why I need us guys to meet. Para storya storya and plan things out. After you decide if you want it or not.
