    don't wait for the company's decision, if u think it's getting sour, then it's time to leave.. they won't care at all, even if u'r the first creature who got hired there.. CALL CENTER environment doesnt care about ur business.. think for ur own good.

    I agree to everyone na nagwork sa eMax.. I've been there as well.. And sakto ang mga statements ni angelic_devil.. You'll do OT mandatory if your team won't be able to cover the billable hours.. If your team's attendance ratings are low, everybody in the team will suffer the OT's and cover up those hours.. Samot na kung ang entire department kay low jud ang attendance, Everyone will have OT.. And the reason na ila itubag kay "CLIENT's DEMAND"..

    Almost a year nako sa company 4th wave sa eBay.. The account that I was in, is really good.. The problem is eMax's HR.. Inut sa tanan inut.. I hope I can still get my final pay and some prorated 13th month and IRT's.. pero kung wla.. COE nalang jud akong makuha.. nagresign ko ug tarung and clearance and nagrender pko 15 days.. I hope tarung pud cla..

    This is not all, naa pa daghan.. pero dri lang sa taman.. hehehe.. Good luck sa mga eMax employees and have fun.. ^_^

    emax is a very good company...i was one of the pioneers. kaya lng daghan na kau gahaman ug kupal dha. labi na ng mga bag ong tubo nga sups na feeler kau. infairness, ok ilang benefits and the pay is really good. ang politics sud sa emax ang bati. this company is at the top of my list if id recommend any center to my friends.

    Mao ni ang isa sa akong gi-ingon na daghan pa.. ^_^ politics.. nakapaet kay management hires external people.. So louy kau ang mga naningkamot mapromote intawon.. mga pioneering agents.. tsk tsk tsk...

    ay so true...kay akong mga wave mates na naa pa didto till now dugay kau na promote...ang uban nangresign nlng kay ang gchoose sa management kay mga people from the outside. wa jud justice for the people who got there first and who are more deserving. tsk tsk

    There's a lot to tell about the flaws of the company's policy..

OT shouldnt be a problem if you have enough agents to work for the billable time. ingon ana ang nahitabo sa OT kay gi gipit ang number of agents... thats for sure...

    matod pa sa Fiesta... maau pa ang sobra kaysa mag kulang. DBA? ehehhe
