    For those who are booking their flights from Cebu Pacific, labi na thru Online Booking, hangtod mahimo, ayaw jud ninyo ipa-cancel. Kung pwede, pa-rebook nalang aron dili ka ma-frustrated!
    i know how frustrating it is to wait for something that has been promised to you and was even given a span of time as to when your refund will be credited back to your account... however, as much as we wanted to fasten things up for everyone. we cant kay as far as i know, daghan ayo pending na account na wala pa na refundan mao na ma late sad ang refund sa uban..

    and yes your right, kung pwede jud lang. ayaw nalang ug book using your credit cards. cash nalang jud

    based on experience, 4 months ang refund sa online payment. mga 10-15 follow ups sad. pero, ok lang, at least narefund

    diri man gyud sila ma ka kwarta kanang pa refunsd, change flight sched... refund pero kuhaan man

    what if dili ka mag pa rebook.. na late lang ka sa imong flyt then wa na nuon ka nakasakay (5am).. promotional fare ang imong gibayran nga ticket ... then ang gibuhat nako nag bayad ko sa laing time (7am)para makalarga ko... ma refund pa ba tong original time (5pm/promo fare)...

    as long as promo fare ronz. its really non-refundable.

    i had 2 cancellations last year on tickets bought online from Cebu Pacific. 1st cancellation (May200 refund took 4 months while the 2nd cancellation (Aug200 took 1 year (!!!). just received the refund last week.
