just found a similar problem in overclock.net, try setting the CPU Frequency to Auto rather than Manual. Gigabyte put to na BIOS iyaha.

I think it's because of your power supply bro... dynamo is generic and not true-rated PSU.

nka try na pod ko ani sauna pag 1st bought nku sa akong 9800GT Sonic, pag paslak naku dli mo boot ga blink2 ra ang switch sa LCD. bsag unsa nakug ilis2 sa pci-e power connector no avail. weird but akong gbuhat kai akong g default settings ang bios, after ni run nman.
