Ang standard computation ana is 50% sa imong currentl salary times number of years. Kani kung regular employee ka ha. Plus ani ang conversion sa sick leave and pro-rated 13th month pay. Appicable ni if it was the company's decission to end your service. But depende sa companya if naa ba sila earlu retirement scheme, such as if muabot ka 5 years, 75% of your current salary times the number of years. or ang uban gyud after 15years, 200% sa current salary.

In your case that ikaw ang voluntary mag resign, it all depends sa companiya if naa ba sila ihatag. but of course ang mga sickleave, 13th month (pro-rate) naa gyud na. In my previous company, 5 years ang early retirement scheme, so if below 5 years ka, naa lang financial assistance ihatag ang companiya aside sa mga what is legally due to you (sick leave, 13th month).. I suggest talk to your HR and see unsay early retirement scheme sa inyo..

ug moresign ka bro wa gyud kay madawat unless naa sa CBA ug naay inyong union, company policy or company practice. In case of company practice meaning kanang nangresign sa unsa nga gipanagaan ug pabawn mahatagan sad kag pareho nga benepisyo. Kanang pagresign voluntary mana sa parte sa empleyado mao nga wa gyuy separation pay nga madawat ang empleyado except sa atong akong gihisgotan.

Unionized mo bro? Kon naa mo union, tan-awa inyo CBA. Kon wala, Labor Code ra gyud imo hinagibang.
