lets start from scratch..
first remove all policies..
create using the wizard (so it'll be easier)
NAT Internet Interfaces to Trusted/Local Interfaces any enable(green check)
NAT Trusted/Local Interfaces to Internet Interfaces any enable(green check)
try that..
later on, we'll add your specific rules..
you have problems with your DNS Server, DNS Forwarding. Get the DNS IPs from your ISP or Company.
if you're using the built in DNS from Win2003, then disable the DNS on WinRoute.

what settings did you set in the lan nic? no default gateway right? just ip and subnet..
internet options.. connections tab.. lan settings (all boxes are uncheck, correct?)
another thing, can you try this, set policies firewall to any and any to firewall..

the builtin firewall of kerio is mcaffee--i believe
can you try to disable that...

if you really want a router software.. try kerio 4, pretty straight forward.. no firewall though...
