I don't think it is a curse... I have cousins who wedded without the parent's blessing. And now they're actually doing great! Both of them are very successful architects with 3 kids whose now in high school and grade school.
As for the resolution, it lies with the couple. It's really up to them to resolve conflicts, tackle obstacles, and support each other through hard times.![]()
"curse" is too harsh a word. not having your parents' blessings will be hard at first for obvious reasons, but as time goes by, they will learn to accept esp once they realize how much you both truly love each other. And inig abot pa jud sa mga apo, solve na! ^_^
They will forget why they didn't give their blessings in the first place! ^_^
nope, not true..d ko mutuo ana..but i agree, nindut jud if boto ang whole family..![]()
definitely curse is not the right word.. coz its not. urban legend ra na sa atoa... you can even get married without parents consent if ur both 21 above...
depende ra guro na eyyyzzzzz
malas jud na, not because of superstition, but emotional and moral support sa parents on either party. you might need money para sa hospital (panganak), or bayad sa apartment (down plus deposit)... so its better jud naa blessings, that means ur parents supports u and will always be there if you need help (esp money matters).
but, if u really love each other, plus savings and career to match, then no need na ang blessings, kaya na ninyo any challenges, then go for it.
