Waaaaa!!!! im also a big macross fan!!!!

out of the 1st 2nd 3rd

i only like the 1st because it was more exciting and the characters are much more well developed than the other saga, ( i also herd that 2nd and 3rd are already made by americans tskk.. tskk.. Jap aniamtion ghapon ko!!!)

i also like the macross plus movie ( not the ova ) and macross zero

well i loved macross zero. i just dont know if its set as "in continuity" to the 1st gen series. Gotta love fokker.

macross zero is actually a prequel (just 5 episodes) to the 1st generation...i think 2002 man ni siya ni gawas...
sunodsunod sila sa starwars hehe.
the setting is about a year before the 1st gen.
they even feature F14's and Migs diri...
but many of the scenes are already CG trying to look like traditionall...in a way nice pud

Yes it has been stated as a prequel. But they never mentioned if it was "in continuity" with the 1st gen series. For all we know, It might be in an "alternate reality- prequel" of some sorts. Japanese just love these alternate stories. I blame the "Schroedinger's Cat Theory" for that.

from present day fighters like f14 and migs to the veritech of the 1st get was revieled...even fokker made an apperance in macross zero and is one of the 1st characters to appear in 1st gen. to show continuity

I was able to watch the Macross Saga with rick lisa and minmay..the 2nd and 3rd gen wala na nako masunod og tan-aw

pero kadtong macross 5 or 7 ( ambot nalimot ko )man ata to, kadtong gali naa sa island, but roy was still there..

but i like watching macross malingaw gyud ko sa ilang mga mecha.

Macross zero has too many holes that somewhat contradict some aspects of the 1st gen series. which makes you question if its in continuity or rather alternate reality prequel. The appearance of Fokker alone doesnt make it "in continuity". But hey im just being nitpicky. Its still one hell of a movie. I was entertained.

And I loved the Mospeada series. Their journey towards the Reflex Point was also a decent story. And i loved the Motorcycle Armours, Alpha and Beta Fighter and the Invid. ahhh those were the times.

yeah...so much better than southerncross...fast, fun action...

yeah, i couldnt quite get myself to like the southern cross storyline. and even the mechs there were the least of my favorites.
