What? it wasn't a doctrine it was an analogy, Paul uses it in Galatians, James addressed everyone as Israel.... Revelation 12, spoke of Israel giving birth to the Good News in a time of persecution (although Catholics interpret it to be both Israel or Mary, the "Mother of the Church")

The Bible does not say anything about her being mother of God,much less Queen of Heaven! In fact the Bible states categorically that God is the Father of all.

If God is the Father of all, that includes Mary as among His children. So, how can Mary, God’s daughter, becomes God’s mother?

If thatÂ* so, that God has no Mother, where did the doctrine that Mary is the Mother of God come from? From Cyril, bishop of Alexandria, in the fifth century.Tertullian who started the God-is-a-Trinity doctrine, and Cyril who started the Mary-is-the-Mother of God doctrine – all not immune to error accordingÂ* to a prominent Catholic writer.

Cyril, Patriarch of Alexandria is a so-called Doctor of the Catholic Church, he was not an eyewitness to what Christ said and did.
One of the eyewitnesses, Luke, said something that shows a picture very different from what Cyril just painted:

“And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.� But he said, “Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.� (Lk.11:27-28,KJV)

Here Jesus put a stop to the woman's over zealousness when she began to praise his mother more than what is due. Cyril of Alexandria started all praises and litanies heaped on Mary, things the Apostles did not say. He is guilty of violating the biblical command not to add to nor to subtract from what is written in the Scriptures. Cyril did something punishable with the most severe penalties (Rev. 22:18-19).

Whom to believe? Believe the most credible. And who can be the more credible than the eyewitnesses themselves? The apostles were the eyewitnesses of what Christ said and did and such thing they wrote down (I John 1:1-4). I would rather believe the apostles and the prophetsÂ* - the inspired writers of the Scriptures - as well as those commissioned by God to preach the same teachings without adding to it or subtracting from it. This the Catholic Church Fathers, Doctors and Theologians violate. The latter deserve to be accursed!!! (Galatians 1:7-9)

The nation’s leading newspapers and television stations carry ads alleging that “Mama Mary� is urging Filipinos to pray the rosary. In the newspapers the ad carries “Mama Mary’s alleged signature. On tv, a voice purporting to be that of “Mama Mary� urges Filipino to pray the rosary. Is the signature genuine? Is the voice that of Mary? Obviously, the Mary alluded to is the mother of Jesus Christ. She died in the first century. Biblical teaching assures us that when a man dies, the body returns to dust (Job 34:15), the souls dies with the body (Ezek.18:4; Rom. 3:23; Ps. 119:95), and the returns to God (Eccl. 12:7). That the spirit is not the soul is clear from Apostle Paul’s statement that one’s whole spirit and soul and body should be preserved blameless until the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (Thess. 5:23)

The Bible further states that when a man dies, he cannot participate in anything done under the sun (Ecc. 9:5-6), that his thoughts perish at death (Ps 146:4), that he cannot come back to the world of the living (Job 7:9-10; II Sam. 12:23), that the dead stay dead till the heavens are no more (Job 14: 10-12) which will happen on Judgement Day (II Pt. 7, 12)

Mary is a member of the human race and thus shares with all mankind the death decreed for it. Her reward will come with those of God’s people – on Judgment Day. What the bible says about Mary should be believed because such statements come from the prophets, from Christ and His Apostles, all of whom bear the words of God.

That such biblical words are rejected by many people is clearly evident when ads about “Mama Mary� appeared. They allege that contrary to what the Bible says, Mary is alive, commanding the Filipinos to pray the rosary. It is incredible that no Catholic and Protestant contested the authenticity of “Mama Mary� signature or “Mama Mary� voice heard on tv.

Who signed for Mary in the ad? Who spoke for tv? It is incredible but no one cares to find out. It is because people find this doctrine so pleasant that they don’t care anymore for the truth?

The Mary that appears in the newspaper ad posing as “Mama Mary� looks very young and very pretty while the Mary that stands at the corner of EDSA and Ortigas Avenue in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila looks ugly ang frightening. This “Mama Mary� seems to wear a thousand faces.

If the real Mary, Mother of Jesus Christ is dead and cannot participate in anything that is done under the sun until Christ returns, then who is impersonating her as “Mama Mary�? Obviously a deceiver, a liar, whose father is Satan (Rev.12:9; John 8:44).
