ahhh ok nag wat ka diha sa europe? naa man stott pilates studio diha sa europe mybe maka try ka,,like 15-25 dollars per hour. bitaw u have to be careful sad doing thos exercise labi na ng mo flow raka ug video ky bisan beginers na..wala na g breakdown into more simplr form..mybe if ur here maka recomend ko nimo ug pilates trainer na certified..naa man ko abellana permi..i can ask them..![]()
I've been working out, bought abs machines and having my diet but I still don't have the abs that I wanted.. can anybody give me an advice on how to improve my abs?![]()
well depende sa imong lawas.Â* are you slim? if you are then Ã*t should not take too long before you can see your abs muscle pero kung medyo chubby ka then you probably need to loose some weight as well kay bisag unsaon pa nimong exercise imong abs di gyud na nimo ma kita ang result if your stomach is covered with layers of fat!![]()

mga 1 year man kuno nang abs para mo solid gyud tanawon.
If you hav a lot of fat concentrated in the stomach area, u may cut on ur diet or do some cardio stuff or increase ur activity. But if you already hav dat flat stomach, gues u hav 2 rily do sum crunches n d lyks.
