There's too much *** going on here in NL but the population remains the same at 17 Million, already for YEARS. The problem is, more and more people (like me and Dutchman) do not want kids.

my opinion based on the sentences :

1. A. not to much *** but too much giving birth of babies bcoz u can have more *** but still can prevent pregnancy .
B. its not bcoz the couple is not educated but its bcoz they are not aware of the big problem that will come by having lots of babies with less income .
C. couples before used to have this idea that having a lot of children means having a lot of people helping in growing the rice ,mais and taking care of cows,goats,pigs in that way they will not be hungry .. that time (1900-1960) was when meps, tambuli,bluewater,cbc, was not yet developed not just in our place but also in other places .. have you heard about GREEN REVOLUTION ...that time many children was effective and the main idea...

2. body modification has less effect coz most of has those modification are capable and aware of problems about pregnancy..

3. Filipina women are not more fertile ..

4. Does birth control pills give you more babies? let this stay a question

Lack of activities that would somehow diminished the likelihood of engaging ***. wa lain ma do ang mga people sa bukid kundi... due to wala lain lingaw ug mahunahuna an tungod sa kamingaw. (esp. if la pa kuryente ang place: samot jud)... govt should reach out to these areas to give them proper knowledge on the effects of unplanned pregnancies.
