thanks sa clarification about empty calories. Ill have a talk with my dietician nga chix. kaso on 2months leave man sya. ATM, im refraining froms sodas ug colas. huhuhuhu. feeling nako mamatay nako xD. Fine, mag 6meals ko. naay ni suggest skyflakes ug water + supplements everytime gutmon. is this for real??

bro, to be sure please check the label... basta 3 akong ginatake... 2 before workout, 1 after workout... A good morning exercise will always be a cardio exercise...Y? it promotes lung expansion and to exercise your heart to pump more oxygenated blood for circulation. If you noticed, pagsaka lang nimo gamay og stairs, hangak na kaayo diba? reason? your lungs wants to expand to compensate with your heartbeat. meaning, gusto mo bukad imong lungs to bring in more oxygen para pag beat sa heart, it would give enough oxygen to circulate throughout the body... Cardiovascular exercises promotes largely/more on stamina and endurance. The importance? you can go the extra mile... dili ka dali kapoyon bro... example would be a marathoner and a body builder. ang marathoner lean. ang body builder is bulk. which do you prefer? as again, supplement yourself with the right supplements such as protein (amino acids) after your cardiovascular workout/exercise to prevent muscle wasting...
if youll do dumbells, do it in high repetitions... 5 sets of 20-25reps with 20-30seconds of rest in between sets which is also favorable with what you have (imong dumbells)... also, dapat when you reach 20-25 reps, you will already feel the burn. kanang maglisod ka na og alsa sa few last reps...or you could do a circuit training... for more infos bro, ask nalang your trainer sa gym for expert advise/option to prevent injury and proper assessment sa imong body type/structure which exercise is best for you...
sa protein shake, i replace it with foods high in protein to prevent hunger pangs. diba remember 5-6 meals a day? eat meals or snacks high in protein but less in fats...
just have frequent exercise and eat a lot of proteins..
