NIGHTMARES IN DINING: Worst Food/Service you had!

Naka-try pud mi sa ako friends sa Pizza Hut Ayala... ang ila gi-serve namo na pasta was gi-molds na!!! eeekkk..... and dugay pa jud kaau mi na-servan sa amo orders ato na time... super lousy ang service nila uy.

my stories are about foreign objects sa food, which i hate jd!!!! how the establishment reacts would determine if good or bad service cla...

1. marriott buffet - i found a live fly ha ensconed in my lettuce leaf sa salad. funny coz i thot raisin cya!!! then i dont eat raisin man so ako unta tangtangon from the salad...sus fly man d i na na trap sa sulod. i showed that to the floor manager and they got the plate dayun..after that attentive dayun waiters kung what i want ba daw... they didnt bill me for the meal.

2. lumpia house - our family topped of the meal with that mango sago order..after it was mixed and poured to individual cups, eat dayun me... my cozn finished his and was getting refill from the big bowl when... he saw a COCKROACH!! sa bottom sa bowl... YUKCS jd kau..some of us finished na eating and some were halfway thru the dessert. the management replaced it with another mango float nsad... this time i carefully looked at my bowl... and then.. naay HAIR!!! what are the odds na hugaw ghapon ang replacement? they replaced my cup with mango pandan nlng.. hopefully lang jd, there was no saliva in it gi sagol. (pero wla ghapon na tagam ako family...cge lang ghapon didto mag celebrate).

3. pizza hut sa countrymall - ako friend na experience... they ordered something with java rice.. and naa btaw na live maggots sa rice.. hugaw and karaan jd cgro kau ilang mga food dinha.. grabeh nsad..or ang cook galagot sa iyang job ganahan daoton ang resto..hehe

these are facts and sometimes can't be avoided coz naa man jud mga tawo na wa kasabot og CS. hahaaay.

have not and will never eat there again..

Points to ponder mga bro!
Pls. be very careful when you complain to the food server about the bad/dirty food or their lousy service.
Cause personally, I never complain about anything before the food is served or before I've eaten unless . . . .
From stories I heard from friends - some food servers intentionally spit or put something yucky in the food you order specially if the one complaining is quite loud and rude about it. And even if they replace the food - what's your guarantee that it didn't come from the same place where it was from in the first place.

Ayohon lang unta ug reklamo.Â* If there are insects or foreign objects in the food and it's impossible not to complain right then and there - I usually just leave the place after complaining to the manager and I'm quite sure you won't be asked to pay for the food you ordered but have not eaten.

Stories I heard from relatives, friends, co-workers & acquaintances:
Harbour City - cockroach underneath a mushroom in one of their steamed rice pots.
Taste of Mandarin - iced tea with cockroach ( this one happened to one of our well-known Cebu resident with celebrity status )
Sunburst across Cebu Doc - a piece of metal screw in their halo2x ( the customer had to have his gum stitched ) the management paid for the medical bill though.
Metro Ayala dept. store- cashier nga nag cge ug moog-ot - bundakan pa ang customer if taga- bukid-looking daw ang customer.

The ff. are my own personal experiences:

White Gold meat section - the same thing-Â* gisapot gihapon - had to ask her- gisapot ka day?Â* nitarong lagi ang iyang face after I said that.
Plantation bay- waitress did the same thing- mao gihapon- ni ngisi after I asked her if gisapot siya.
SM dept. store -Â* again, same thing- Xmas season- daan na nag moog-ot even if layo pako naka linya.Â* When I reach the counter na - i really said to her- gisapot ka day- nag bundak2x man gud ka - - pauli kuno sa inyo- am here to shop - saputon man sad ta ug apilÂ* mag tan-aw sa imong nawong.Â* Malas lang sya her supervisor was nearby pala- gi ilisan siya right there. The other people behind me said-Â* meresi !
Makro-Â* the worst place to go - lousy place/service. Since, like most establishments- contractual ra man daw na sila - so before mag 6 months- they have to leaveÂ* and that's why they don't do a good job cause they don't care about their job and the company they're working for. Plus the place is like an oven - no customer service to speak of. They treat you like a thief- can't bring your handbag and not even your baseball cap. They're afraid you might put a can of sardines maybe underneath your cap ? Kawatan nalang jud tang tanan?Â* Â*Lousy.Â* On a scale of 1 to 10 - theirs would be 12Â* if it's lousy or worst service we're talking about. Champion ang makro.
