It is not "Wisdom of God" as some would translate, But Divine Wisdom such as possesed by the gods.
Now meditation has been a part of the ancient wisdom. Plato expressed it, "the ardent turning of the soul toward the divine; not to ask any particular good (as in the common meaning of prayer), but for good itself - for the universal Supreme Good" of which we are a part on earth, and out of the essence of which we have all emerged.
If we trace it to the founding of the mysteries on earth, it is on the middle of 3rd major race givin by the manushis.. nevertheless it is indeed ancient.

esoterically it is not by word, verses, or phrase. Oral traditions as some would call it. In Mason it is term as The Low Breath. ..Though there exist some old books hinting at this wisdom. it is through that you termed as phrases or stanzas.
