i think there's no other way to it than really talk & persuade the GF to show up. i dunno f pwede bana ang police mo proceed sa case based lang sa sworn statements/affidavits. like, state against the killer. storyaha gyud ang GF & im sure she wants some anonymity for her own security tingali pud.

sakto nga lig-on jud,but the gf has the right to refuse to testify as witness..it is just her moral obligation to the parents of her ex-bf.sa gika-ingon konsyenya na lang jud niya.kay dunay instances na ang prosecutor can issue a warrant of arrest to arrest the complainant in order for him to testify... pero di sa witness/es.di puwede mapugos.kung wa siyay kalooy,wa jud tay mabuhat kung di jud siya..now my question is, nag file ba ug affidavit ang babae?
